Frequently Asked Questions
What macOS version does Versenix require?
Versenix is a native macOS app. Please check the Mac App Store listing for the current minimum system requirements.
Do I need an account to use Versenix?
Yes. Versenix requires a free account and an active subscription. You can sign up and log in directly from within the app.
Can I import songs from OpenLP or OpenSong?
Yes. Versenix imports song libraries exported as OpenLP or OpenSong XML files, as well as songs saved as .versenix from Versenix app. You can also create and edit songs manually from within the app.
What Bible formats are supported?
Versenix imports Bible translations in Zefania XML format. Multiple translations can be loaded and displayed side by side.
How many output displays can I use?
Versenix supports three independent output windows: Congregation (main audience display), Stage (for performers), and Live Stream (a broadcast-ready overlay for switchers). Each window can be sent fullscreen to any connected external display.
Does Versenix support live streaming?

Can I back up my songs and data?
Yes. Go to Settings › General › Backup to export your songs, Bible translations, and settings into a single .versenix file. That file can be imported on any Mac running Versenix.
